We are writing to give you notice of, and invite you to, the St Mary’s Parent School Association (PSA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 2nd November 2017. The meeting will be held at Church Lane at 7.00pm for a 7.15pm start. Wine and cheese will be served.

All parents and carers are members of the PSA and this is your opportunity to get involved in deciding what events we arrange and how we spend the money raised. It will not be a long meeting, and you will hear a report from our co- Treasurers and co-Chairs highlighting what has happened in the last year and an overview of plans for the year ahead.

So, do join us for wine and cheese and the chance to meet and socialise with other parents and carers.

  • Election of Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Committee Members
  • Any other business

Nominations to PSA Committee:
If you would like to join the committee, please use the nomination form below. As mentioned, the roles are for Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Ordinary Committee Members. Information about each role can be found on the reverse of this letter. Information about the PSA can be found on the PSA section of the school website https://www.stmarysn8.co.uk/involved/ or speak to one of the current co-Chairs, Sara or Laura.

Volunteer Database:
We are also compiling a database of volunteers. This is for parents who don’t want to commit to being a committee member but would be willing to help out when needed. Please use the tear off slip below and return it to one of the school offices.
