In maths, we are multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000 and also covering reasoning questions so that we are able to show our deep understanding in a range of contexts. We are also completing daily arithmetic and fluency practice.
In English, we are about to start writing non-chronological reports and will be reading a text called The Brinnington Dragon which is full of exciting and interesting descriptions of a particular dragon. We are also continuing to read The Silver Sword which is set in WWII. This week, we are looking forward to meeting and interviewing a gentleman who was an evacuee in WWII.
In science, we are learning about the circulatory system and will be exploring the effect of exercise on the heart rate. We will be finding out just how fit we are!
